By purchasing or using materials from SchoolNotes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product & Delivery

Materials are delivered digitally via Google Drive link after successful payment.
You receive lifetime access to the materials you purchase.
We reserve the right to update or improve materials at any time.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a Google Drive link has been delivered. If you have not received your link within 24 hours, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials are the intellectual property of SchoolNotes. You may use them for personal educational purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our materials are provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding exam results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
